Growing up, I let my own fears and insecurities limit the opportunities I grasped. As a dad, raising two children and through my work, I have seen thousands of children with similar limiting beliefs, many less privileged, with way bigger challenges just striving to get by in life.
Now a ‘Wellbeing through Movement’ expert, children’s author, speaker, coach and marathon runner, I am able to use my unique perspective and real-life experience to support teachers and parents in laying the foundations for their children to fear LESS, thrive and tackle the challenges they face with confidence.
